Tax adviser/ Senior Accountant
Teodora brings over 10 years of experience in the Romanian Tax and Accounting field. As a former ANAF Tax Inspector and with experience in a Big 4 company, Teodora developed a strong expertise regarding the Romanian tax legislation and regulatory requirements. Throughout her career, she has been involved in complex M&A projects for which she performed the Tax Due Diligence (“TDD”) in different economic fields, such as Energy, Banking, Oil and Gas. Also, Teodora is a professional member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of Romania (C.C.F.) and CFE Tax Advisers Europe.

Cristina is the Head of the Accounting, Payroll, and Related Services Department, with over 30 years of experience in the elite field of chartered accountancy. She is a highly qualified accounting professional and a member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (C.E.C.C.A.R.). Cristina is authorized to organize, manage, supervise, and verify accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and perform accounting expert reports. In addition, she holds accreditations in the following fields: •Audit, as a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (C.A.F.R.) and A.S.P.A.A.S.; •Taxation and tax expertise, as a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania (C.C.F.); •Independent valuation, specialized in EI and EPI, authorized by A.N.E.V.A.R.; •Insolvency practice, as a member of U.N.P.I.R.
